How can I manage transactions that I processed prior to the Stripe transition?

Refunds for transactions made prior to the transition to Stripe on 02/18/2016, can no longer be made through the Flint app. Refunds should be done manually via other methods such as online bill pay, physical check or other types of readily available payments.
